SoCo Counseling is here to serve the needs of the greater South County region while offering virtual (telehealth therapy) counseling to the entire state of Maryland, for children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide couples therapy.  Founded by Amanda Fincher, our goal is to meet the mental health needs of our community locally so families don't have to travel far to get the help they need. Our Mental Health Clinic is made up of highly experienced mental health professionals who place value in the relationship formed in therapy as monumental in eliciting positive and productive change. We take great pride in providing our community with high-quality, patient-centric care.

All of our interventions are based in a trauma-informed lens.  We can offer various specialties, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Art Therapy, The Gottman Method Therapy and Play Therapy.
