Amanda founded SoCo Counseling to expand access to quality evidence-based mental health services in the greater South County (SoCo) in southern Anne Arundel County. Her mission is to provide compassionate, accessible care to her community.

She also has experience working with first responders and has a passion for helping those who have experienced trauma. Dominique works with children, teens, and adults. She is particularly passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate life transitions from high school to college and beyond.. Dominique helps clients who have experienced trauma to work toward meaningful personal growth. 

Shakira is a compassionate therapist who enjoys working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She has a special passion for helping children navigate emotional, behavioral, and social challenges through play therapy, using an attachment-based approach and incorporating Polyvagal Theory. Shakira is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients and families can build resilience, strengthen relationships, and thrive.

Natalie works with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, low self-worth, identity development, and emotional regulation challenges. She provides affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ clients and creates a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. With experience in the school system, Natalie also helps teachers and parents navigate educational challenges and understands the unique stressors educators face.

Melony is our extraordinary leader who is ready to help you navigate the therapy scheduling process.  She will contact you with information about the required paperwork and guide you through the process of making updates to your portal. 

Nate Fincher works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. . Nate draws from the Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory to help clients strengthen relationships, gain deeper self-understanding, and develop practical tools for lasting growth and healing.
