I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Child Therapy. With nearly a decade of experience working with children, teens, individuals, and couples, I specialize in parent coaching and supporting women through life's many transitions.
My passion for working with parents stems from years of experience in child-care centers, school systems, and one-on-one mentoring. I understand both the joys and challenges of raising children and am committed to helping parents feel supported and confident in their
caregiving. Whether it's strengthening parent-child relationships, navigating behavioral concerns, or managing big emotions, I help families build stronger connections and greater harmony at home.
In addition to parent coaching, I am passionate about supporting women as they navigate identity shifts, motherhood, postpartum adjustment, relationship concerns, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and healing from difficult experiences. I take an attachment-oriented, trauma-informed approach, integrating neuroscience, emotional awareness, and relational connection to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create lasting growth.
I believe therapy should be a space of emotional safety, reflection, and growth, where struggles are met with compassion and understanding. My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-driven, balancing playfulness, honesty, and empathy to create a meaningful therapeutic experience.
Currently living in Maryland, I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones, cooking, and writing.
