SoCo Counseling is conveniently located in Churchton, Maryland. We service the greater southern Anne Arundel County and Northern Calvert County Areas. We are a 30-minute drive from Annapolis, Maryland, a 35-minute drive from Crofton, Maryland, and a 20-minute drive from Dunkirk, Maryland. Individual, couple, and family therapy for children, teens, and adults. We use a variety of counseling techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Process Therapy, the Gottman Method, and many more. All of our work comes from a culturally aware and Trauma-Informed perspective. Each therapeutic modality is chosen with the client in mind. Often, therapeutic modalities are intertwined to provide the best fit for a client. Mental health counseling is tailored to each individual's needs and can change during the course of therapy at SoCo Counseling.
